Overview
An issue was found on both the OnBase Mobile for iPhone and iPad mobile applications which will cause a fatal error while trying to upload a document through the app. Our team immediately identified the root cause of the issue, and has updated apps ready to be submitted to the App Store. However, due to the nature of the issue, iOS 14 or above will be required on your device in order to utilize the latest version of the apps. Devices running an older version of iOS, and already have the app installed, will be able to continue using that version of the app, but will not be able to download the latest app update until the device is updated to iOS 14.
Action Required
In order to download the latest app version of the below applications from the App Store, your device must be running at least iOS 14. The app updates will be published the week of December 7, 2020 – pending any delays from Apple.

- OnBase Mobile for iPhone: 1.3.16
- OnBase Mobile for iPad: 1.3.16
