True Sky Credit Union was no stranger to the pains of paper and manual tasks when it came to their wire transfer process. As they received wire transfers each day, staff at True Sky Credit Union first had to log in to the online Federal Reserve system to retrieve the wires. Then for posting, they printed out the documents and physically walked them over to colleagues in the Accounting department, who then had to review them and make sure everything balanced with their records.
