The Hyland Cloud Team is reaching out to advise that the new IDP Signing and Encryption certificates are now available for your solution. All solutions will be automatically updated on February 8, 2023 to the new IDP Signing and Encryption certificates at 12:00am UTC.
If you would like to schedule a dedicated window prior to the 8th to migrate to the new certificates, please reach out to your first line of support with the requested date and time prior to February 3, and they will create a request to the Hyland Cloud Team using the Product Line Functionality of Global Cloud Services Request. Update windows to have your solution migrated to the new IDP certificates can start being scheduled from January 18, 2023.
For customers that opt not to migrate to the new certificates prior to the February 8 window, there may be a momentary delay in performing SSO authentication against your Hyland Cloud OnBase solution. This maintenance only impacts Hyland Cloud solutions that use IDP authentication, all other applications and OnBase modules that use standard OnBase authentication will not be impacted. If you scheduled your solution to be upgraded to the new certificates prior to the 8th, your solution will not be affected.
If you are encrypting your SAML assertion and need a public copy of the new encryption certificate in advance, the certificate can be obtained using the following link:

If you are unsure if you are encrypting your SAML assertion, please reach out to your SSO admin. If you are encrypting your SAML assertion using our certificate, it will need to be updated prior to February 8th.
