During testing it was discovered that the "Hyland OnBase" and "Hyland OnBase plus Tapestry Scanning" App/Client IDs are missing the Appointment FHIR Resource (API). The Appointment FHIR Resource is used for scanning to any encounter that has not been checked in. The process to add APIs to a Client ID after customers have downloaded them was not feasible so we created two new Client ID with the required resource added. It is recommended that all organizations using the "Hyland OnBase" Client ID update their system to use the "Hyland OnBase for Hyperdrive" Client ID. Organizations using the "Hyland OnBase plus Tapestry Scanning" Client ID should update their system to use the new "Hyland OnBase plus Tapestry Scanning for Hyperdrive" Client ID.
Please work with your Hyland services team to get the correct Client ID value for your environment.
