A new version of Configuring Epic for OnBase is available for existing Epic Integration customers. For those unfamiliar with this document, Configuring Epic for OnBase is a guide containing the relevant information for setting up the Epic system to work with OnBase's various integration points. It also contains some information on certain best practices and process that we do with each Epic application.

This document is available for current Epic and OnBase customers only.
How do I get this document?
You can receive this document from your Hyland Customer Success Advisor (CSA), implementation team, or sales account executive.
What changes are included in this version?
- Added settings for Epic Hyperdrive support
- Added section for EDI Import for Epic Tapestry
- Added clarification around Resolute Timestamps
- Updated document template
How do I know what version of the guide I have?
On the main title page, there is a date associated with a version. The most recent document will say 'January 2022'.
This guide is a great resource and will continue to be updated as we solidify configuration best practices for Epic Hyperdrive. Stay tuned for more frequent updates as customers start to roll out and test Hyperdrive.
