What’s New in OnBase 17: Reporting Dashboards Placeholder
If a Document Composition administrator user also has the Reporting Dashboards license, the new Reporting Dashboards Placeholder type will be available to you during template configuration.
The first panel in the Reporting Dashboards wizard allows you to select the Reporting Dashboards data provider you wish to use to configure the Reporting Dashboards Placeholder.
The second panel allows you to select the output style of the Placeholder when composing. You can select either the option to output only the first result of a single column in the Reporting Dashboard or the option to insert all values as a table.
If you selected the option to output only the first result of a single column in your Reporting Dashboard, the last panel in the wizard will allow you to select which single column you wish to retrieve the value from during composition.
If you selected the option to output all values in your Reporting Dashboard as a table, however, the last panel in the wizard will allow you to configure the columns and their order in the composed table.
