New in OnBase 13 - Document Distribution History can now be viewed in the OnBase Client
Summary: A new dialog has been added to Customer Information that displays the distribution history for a selected recipient. Each email notification, email distribution, and fax job will be listed in this window with details for that specific distribution job.
Business Application: During the course of a transaction, customer account information may change. If a customer calls and claims that they did not receive a document, this enhancement ensures that the service representative will have the distribution history at their fingertips. They can easily ascertain whether the mistake was due to changed account information, or re-send copies as needed for lost documents based on the historical information.
