OnBase offers several capabilities with Image Statements and Document Distribution for producing professional looking HTML e-mails. The e-mails can be guaranteed to only be generated for those recipients that have a corresponding statement in the system, and they can contain URLs pointing to a web site or graphic images at that web site. Unfortunately, they cannot contain a URL that will pop up the statement document.
