You can do it, Scott!  Eat Pop Rocks with a Coke!  Embrace change!  I did it when I was a kid, and I survived!

Back in the late 70s, when I ate Life cereal, because Mikey and I both liked it, my family owned a lake house in New Carlisle, Indiana. It was very rural back then, with a giant, unkempt, and scary cemetery. My uncles told me stories about seeing ghosts there. I totally believed them for a very long time. Even after my older brother and cousin made me go out there in the middle of the night

My parents told me to eat the crusts on my sandwiches so I'd have curly hair. I did not want curly hair, so I very carefully cut the crusts off every piece of bread I was served. 

 

They lied.
