Support for DocuSign Templates was added in OnBase 17 for customers owning the Integration for DocuSign eSignature. This enhancement allows OnBase administrators to leverage more DocuSign functionality as a part of their combined OnBase/DocuSign solution. It also provides the capability for more straight-through automation for documents that require a signature, as the template and signer roles can be populated from OnBase, reducing the amount of manual work that needs to be done to prepare the document for signing.
