Virtualization Server NOT Working

Hi.  I have installed the Alfresco 3 Labs on a server and am trying to configure the virtualization server.  i followed the wiki and changed the IP address to the server IP from ipconfig.

from another desktop, when i go to alfresco and try to preview a web project or a file in a webproject, IE can't find the page.

Can you access the virtualization server from the local server, or from the WCM application?    If you can access it locally but not remotely then you are looking at a network configuration issue possibly firewall or possibly binding to the wrong network address.

Is your VS starting up without error?  
What OS are you using?
What version of alfresco are you using?
Are there errors logged in the virtualization server's log ?
Are there errors logged in alfresco's log?
