Support Question

Hi Forum,

The company for which I work for is evaluating workflow tools to use in it's Application.
We are evaluating Activiti and so far it is looking very promising , but I have question regarding the Business model of Activiti and it's support.

Being an Alfresco "brother" project, I was wondering if there is or there will be an Enterprise version and a Community version?
How can a company ask for support from Activiti? (If it is at all possible)

Currently there is no enterprise version of Activiti and Alfresco has no concrete plans of productize it.

For sure Alfresco will offer support on Alfresco + Activiti.  But which components that will include or whether Activiti will also be supported in standalone mode is not yet decided.
