And if it involves us, we have an internal training on Monday/Tuesday, so no (technical) camunda member is available on that two days… The rest of the Week is Activiti training, so not the best timing as well 😉

The team concall was requested by Falko on the Activitrip, and we had planned it a week earlier.

Ah okay, I heard of the initial idea but never of concrete plans. So it is a monthly call? I think then we should agree on a fixed algorithm for the date, and not discuss every single date…

So the Monday proposed by Tom could mean: Last Monday before code freeze. Or last Monday in the month? Can we maybe switch to Monday afternoon then (maybe 2 p.m), since we consultants are in the train often Mondays in the morning?

And the idea is to have it always 1 day before code freeze.  That would be the time when a sync is most needed I think.  As everyone typically codes against the deadline.  Which means that a week in front, everyone will still be on schedule.  And 1 day before code freeze, we typically see cracks appearing in those happy plannings (i'm also looking at ourselves 😉 )
