Here’s a quick glimpse into what’s new across the Hyland portfolio:  

• Hyland Knowledge Enrichment transforms unstructured enterprise content into structured, AI-ready data. It supports AI agents, analytics and automation, and it curates and enriches content from the start. This makes it easier to search, analyze and act on information.  
• Hyland Agent Builder sets the foundation for adaptive, industry-specific agentic solutions. Agent Builder enables organizations to design, deploy and manage enterprise agents that automate complex workflows and scale workforce capacity while maintaining human oversight.  
• Updates to Hyland Knowledge Discovery enable customers to unlock information across multiple repositories using natural language. Now powered by Knowledge Enrichment, this release enables users to find information across 600+ file types, build and deploy Knowledge Discovery agents, and boost product performance and usability. 
• The latest enhancements to Hyland Automate enable agentic automation, simplify form building with generative AI, and enhance process monitoring and insights.  
• With this release, Hyland IDP enables agentic document processing in Content Innovation Cloud. This delivers AI-powered document capture, separation, classification and data extraction technology that helps remove bottlenecks and reduce costs associated with document processing. 
• Hyland Content Federation Service enables Content Innovation Cloud solutions to meet customers where they are, meaning they can interact with their data, both structured and unstructured, across multiple repositories and networks, regardless of the vendors or deployment method. Highlights include seamless connections to Content Innovation Cloud solutions to Hyland OnBase and Microsoft SharePoint 365.
• Enhancements for OnBase Web UI Framework achieve NIST SP 800-53 R5 Moderate compliance. This not only ensures peace of mind for regulated industries but also enables secure onboarding to GovCloud environments, which is essential for government and highly regulated sectors. The introduction of Knowledge Discovery functionality revolutionizes OnBase document interaction by integrating chat features for more intuitive and collaborative information retrieval.  
• Hyland Nuxeo LTS 2025 V2 updates include secure, scalable and flexible features designed to streamline operations and future-proof customer organizations. With enhancements like service-to-service authentication and Client Credentials Flow, system integrators can securely connect and automate services such as Automate, ensuring seamless integration. The OpenSearch 2 package improves performance, reduces costs and supports modular deployment, empowering teams to optimize workflows and confidently adapt to evolving business needs. 
• Hyland Perceptive Content Foundation 25.1 introduces a modernized full-text search and comes with feature enhancements that improve user and admin experiences. With more ways to leverage Content Innovation cloud, customers can AI-enable their solution and drive smarter, more connected work.
• With this release of Cloud-based Enterprise Imaging SaaS, Hyland Healthcare adds a hybrid approach for moving toward the cloud with a lower cost of entry. This helps ensure business continuity as well as provides higher levels of security and compliance.
