For insurers, this means faster access to the documents, images, and information needed to support claims, underwriting, and billing processes — directly within Guidewire. Instead of relying on custom integrations, insurers can take advantage of a validated, cloud-native connection that simplifies access to content and helps streamline work across core insurance operations.
For existing OnBase customers, the latest release introduces support for Content Federation Service (CFS), enabling organizations to connect their OnBase repositories (on-prem or hosted) to the Content Innovation Cloud and Guidewire applications without migrating content. This allows insurers to preserve existing investments while creating a foundation for future automation and AI initiatives.
