Here's the scenario.
You have batches that use an external auto fill keyword set. Let's say some of the keyword values have not yet been added to the external database, so the documents go to Awaiting Commit.
Is there any way, outside of using Workflow, which I know is possible, to somehow easily index all the documents in Awaiting Commit with the new keyword value once it has been added to the external db?
