Recommended Xms and Xmx values

Dear all,

What would be the recommended Java Xms and Xmx values for a dedicated Nuxeo 2019 LTS server with 4 vCPUs and 12 GB of RAM ?

So far they are set by default to "JAVA_OPTS=-Xms512m -Xmx1024m" in nuxeo.conf.

I couldn't find these settings in the official documentation:
