On October 19, the Hyland digital ecosystem transforms and the way you navigate, connect, and get support changes for the better. If you've been following along, you know what's coming. If this is your first time seeing this, here's the short version: your experience is about to get simpler, clearer, and more connected.

We've spent months preparing for this moment. Now, we want to make sure you're ready too.

What's Changing

Starting October 19:

  • Community.Hyland.com becomes your hub for connection — forums, blogs, peer learning and community resources all in one place.
  • Support.Hyland.com becomes your dedicated support portal — case management, knowledge base articles, account information. Everything you need to get help and work with Hyland all in one spot.
  • Docs.Hyland.com stays your product documentation home.
  • Connect.Hyland.com is decommissioned, with all blogs, forums and content moving to Community.

The week before changes: October 9–19

October 9-19 is transition week. Here's what to expect:

  • Content freeze (October 9–19): You won't be able to add new blogs or posts to Connect.Hyland.com during this window. This is temporary as we migrate content between platforms.
  • Mixed experience: Some parts of Community and Connect will look different as we transition. Our status page gets daily updates, so you know what's happening and when.
  • Redirects in place: Old links to Connect and Community will continue to work. We've set up redirects that will last up to two years, giving you time to migrate bookmarks and links.
  • No disruption to support: You can still submit cases, search for answers and get help during transition week.

What You Should Do Right Now

Share your feedback. If you want to take part in user testing related to this transition, please click here.

Verify your current bookmarks. Validate that all current bookmarks are pointing to the right location, paying special attention to any product documentation links. These resources were reorganized during one of the earlier phases of this transformation, and up until this point redirects have been working as expected. However, as of September 8, 2026, anytime someone goes directly to Support.Hyland.com, it will resolve on Community.Hyland.com as we start to transform the ecosystem. Deep links to specific content should continue to work, however it’s best to update them as soon as possible and not rely on redirects going forward. Validating that all product documentation links are pointing to Docs.Hyland.com will save headaches now as well as make the overall transition easier.

Get ready to update bookmarks to support resources, blogs and forums, and more. We've built a detailed URL pattern mapping guide to show you exactly where everything is moving. After the October 19 launch, make sure to update all your bookmarks and any materials referring Connect, Community, blogs, forums, or support.

Share this with your team. If your organization manages multiple people, accounts or clients, let them know what's happening. The fewer surprises, the better.

Bookmark our status page. During transition week, check here daily for updates. We'll be posting real-time information as the transformation happens.

Review our FAQ. Most of your questions are already answered in our comprehensive FAQ. It's worth a quick scan.

Why This Matters

We heard you. You told us that navigating between different Hyland sites feels fragmented and confusing. You told us you want clarity — you want to know exactly where to go for what you need. You told us that getting support should be seamless, not scattered.

This transformation is how we're answering that feedback.

When October 19 arrives, you'll have a digital experience that works the way you expect. Community for peer wisdom and learning. Support for case management and direct help. Docs for technical details. Three clear destinations, all working together as one ecosystem.

We're Here

This is a significant change, and we're committed to getting you through it smoothly. Our team is monitoring every step. Our status page will keep you informed. Our support team is ready to help.

If you have questions before October 19, submit your feedback and we'll get back to you. If you missed out on being part of the beta testing program but still want a chance to contribute feedback about this project, please click here to participate in anonymous user testing.

By this time next month, the Hyland ecosystem will be transformed.
