In our recent update about the Digital Experience Alignment initiative, we shared our plans to simplify the digital experience by bringing the blog and forum experience back to Hyland Community.
Now, we'd like your help shaping what comes next.
As we continue evolving the Hyland Community experience, we're looking for Hyland users who are interested in helping us test new capabilities and provide feedback before they're released more broadly.
We're looking for people who enjoy exploring new features, sharing thoughtful feedback and helping us improve the Community experience for everyone.
This isn't just about finding bugs. We're looking for people who are willing to share honest, constructive feedback, tell us what's working, point out what isn't and help us prioritize improvements that matter most to our users.
As a beta tester, you may have the opportunity to:
- Preview new Community capabilities before they're released.
- Share feedback directly with the teams building the experience.
- Help identify opportunities to improve usability and workflows.
- Learn about upcoming enhancements and future plans.
- See how your feedback helps shape future priorities.
We are committed to providing our beta testers with transparency throughout the process. Whenever possible, we'll communicate what we're working on, what improvements are planned, and how your feedback has helped influence the future of the Community.
There isn't a required level of participation. Whether you occasionally respond to a survey, test a new feature, or participate more actively in discussions, we'd value whatever time and perspective you're able to contribute.
