Since launching Community AI (Cai) as our premier Community Project, we’ve been listening closely to your feedback and continuously improving the experience. Cai was designed to help you get fast, relevant answers across Hyland Community, and we’re excited to share what’s new and what’s coming soon.

What’s New

We recently added a Hyland Content Innovation CloudTM product line dropdown, making it easier to filter and explore responses specific to your solution. This enhancement helps users quickly find the most relevant information for their needs.

Behind the scenes, we’ve also made several backend improvements to boost performance and reliability. While these updates aren’t visible, they’re helping Cai run more smoothly and efficiently.

What’s Coming Soon

We’re currently working on two highly requested features:

  • Like/Dislike Buttons: This will help Cai improve with each interaction.
  • Resource Links in Responses: One of the most frequent requests we’ve received is for source transparency. We’re actively developing a feature that will include links to the resources Cai pulls from, so you can review the original documentation, articles, bulletins, and more yourself.
