Trouble with Content Generation

I am new to Alfresco, and as I worked through the Alfresco 2.0 Getting Started Guide, I noticed that after creating content using the "press release" Web Form, no WorldEconomicForum_Tech_Pioneer.html file was created.  The WorldEconomicForum_Tech_Pioneer.xml file was created, and the press release shows up in the Staging Sandbox under the About Us > News link, but when I click on the "World Economic Form" press release to view the HTML file, I get a 404 Not Found error. 

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Can anyone help me fix this issue?

Sorry if this seems a silly question, but do you have the Virtualisation Server running?

Yes.  I am able to preview everything except for the files that were to have been created.
