I want to Transfer all my data including My custom sites created to different alfresco instance(new alfresco instance).Please guide me what are the correct steps to do that.
You can use standard backup and restore technique to perform this task. Here your backup would be from server 1 and restore to server 2. Here are some links that might be useful.
