Sending an Email using Alfresco

Hi Guys,
I want to send emails from one alfresco user to another.  I have already done the inbound and the outbound mail configurations. I am not clear with the steps that what to do next. Please guide me with the steps.

I can't tell what you are trying to do from your post, but there is a built-in email action you could use for this.

In fact, the docs that describe actions use the email action as an example, see http://docs.alfresco.com/5.1/references/API-JS-ScriptAction-execute.html.
