Search/AdvSearch: Add/show attributes to results

Hey all,
I'm still learning my way around Share, and reviewing to replace another solution.

After a regular quicksearch or an Advanced Search, is there a way to show other/custom attributes in the result list?

Currently it shows the name, and then the string for:
"Doucment of size XXXX modified by YYYYYY modified on ZZZZZZZ"
In folder /MyFolder

I would like to show custom attributes in the result list to help pick the correct document.  If they need to be stored during indexing, that's fine, I just haven't been able to pull this off - please let me know how to solve this problem!
