I have a very basic word document that i have added to a fresh install of Community ed 3.4d, but at the moment when i click on the Edit online link, it opens word, but then loads a copy of the share interface into word … very strange.

Server is 2008 R2 / Community Ed x64 3.4d
Client is Win 7 x32 Office 2010

I have passthrough / ad sync working correctly also.

Has anyone seen this behavior before?

I can save the same file in word 2003 format and open it with no problems through the 'Edit Online' option.

For some reason though i can upload the same problematic 2010 format file to my Enterprise demo server (3.4 vanilla) and the Edit Online functionality works without a problem.

No one has seen this problem before?

It seems to be the same with all XLS files also, you open any XLS file and you get the following

I have found the following error in the log, initial googling isnt looking promising for a resolution:

Dear binskin,

I have very similar requirement to this.

I have a requirement which says when I click on document(any office format docs or standard docs like PDF,Image etc) from Alfresco Share Interface then all must be open in Browser's another Tab.

Please guide me if you have any clue.

Appreciate anyone's help.
