Alfresco platform updates:

• Alfresco Intelligence Services take advantage of the latest Amazon Web Services intelligence services while enabling metadata enrichment from AI insights.
• Alfresco Desktop Sync has been updated to provide better performance, security and reliability when synchronizing Alfresco-managed documents with user desktops.

Hyland is thrilled to offer a select group of customers the exclusive opportunity to participate in
our Hyland Experience Automate (Hx Automate) early access trial program.

For three months, enjoy full access to Hx Automate, hosted in an AWS VM instance, allowing you
to test, trial and build applications and process flows — all at no cost.

At the end of your trial period, should you wish to proceed, we’ll smoothly transition the
workflows and forms built in your trial environment to a live environment, allowing you to
continue to access and leverage the benefits of Hx Automate for your business.

Alfresco platform product support reminders

At Hyland, we regularly assess our product offerings to ensure they serve customer needs, meet industry requirements and align with our market focus. Please note the following previously communicated, upcoming end-of-maintenance or end-of-life dates. Follow the appropriate Hyland Community links for more information.

• Alfresco Identity Service (IDS): Sunday, September 1
• Alfresco Content Services (ACS) 7.1: Friday, November 1
• ACS 7.2: Tuesday, April 1, 2025

We recommend customers upgrade to the latest version to ensure continued support and access to future remediation efforts. Visit the Alfresco Support Policy page for the current support status for Alfresco products, versions and components.

Action needed: CentOS 7 upcoming end-of-life date

The Alfresco Supported Platforms pages will remove support for CentOS 7, which will reach end-of-life Sunday, June 30. We recommend Alfresco customers and partners move to a supported version of Rocky Linux. Contact your first line of support with questions.
