Rules icon in Share

I have an issue, but I am not sure if it's supposed to work this way or not.  I am running Community 3.4.d.

If I create a rule in a folder, the rules icon appears next to the folder name.  However, if I go and delete the rule again, the rules icon stays in the folder, even if no items caused the rules to actually run.

How can I convince Share to not display the rules icon, or does this indicate folders that have had rules in them in the past?

The icon keys off the presence of an aspect. When rules are added so is the aspect but, once the last rule is deleted, the aspect remains in-place.

We've had this on our "improvement list" for a while now and will definitely get it to work how people expect very soon.
