Records Management Tutorial

Is there a tutorial for the records management component of Alfresco?  I found the Records Management User Guide in the Wiki but it doesn't really give an example to follow and I'm not even sure how to install it.  I downloaded the alfresco-recordsmanagement-2.1.0.amp, but there is no documentation in there either.  Thanks.
