Problems with CIFS and Kerberos

I've been getting the following error when trying to connect to CIFS via Kerberos.  SSO on HTTP via Kerberos works fine.  Pre-auth does not fail.  Using 3.2 Community.

I would be fine using passthru, but I get "not authorized to login from this station" when I try that.  I think I'd actually prefer passthru as I can use the share application with that.

It looks like my client is trying to use NTLMv2.  I'm assuming this is a group policy setting, but not sure what to switch.
