Problem with 'Projects' in 2.9B (and in 2.9C_dev)

I have been playing with several of the 2.9 branch and discovered a "funny" problem with the "Projects" space: after installation, it is possible to create (menu Create > New Project) but this option disappears if the space name (i.e. "Projects") is changed (edit details of the space) and remains missing even if the space name is reverted to its original "Projects" name.

Yes - the rename service doesn't currently maintain the association that the Create Project action looks for.

It *is* fixable by direct database manipulation, but obviously this needs raising in JIRA please.
