Hi, I must implement a personal content for document, like dublincore but with also 2 or 3 field (for example city, number, responsible)
How i can do it?

Second question:
I want to create an user that isn't admininstator but he've free access (read and write) to every folder and spaces

Third Question:
I use openoffice and i want modify from my space openoffice document (odt). Now, to do it, i must download, modify the file and update the document.
Exist a way to make flyer modify without this mechanism?

Hi,

First Question: By personal content for document I assume you mean custom meta data to documents in Alfresco. This is done by applying a custom aspect and exposing it in the property sheet. You can find further details on the wiki at http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Displaying_Custom_Metadata.

Second Question: See http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/PermissionModelDefintionExample for details of the Alfresco permission model. You need to create user and give them Contributor role to Company Home. NB: If a subspace has inherit permission disabled, then they will not have access to that space.

Third Question: 
Option 1: Use the CIFS interface to mount the Alfresco repository as a file system. You can then browse this and double click to open in Open Office.
Option 2: Wait for this https://oo-plugin-for-alfresco.dev.java.net/. 
Option 3: One of the Alfresco partners in Germany have extended the MS Office Alfresco Add-in to work with Open Office. They said they would open source it at the Barcelona community event.
