I am trying to implement alfresco to support the internal publishing of policies and procedures.
I have created a space to hold these, but I would like to make that space publicly available (i.e. no login required). At the same time, I need to support the ability for certain users to be able to login and make changes and upload to that space.
I've gone through the documentation, but can't figure out where to start. Any pointers or assistance would be appreciated.

Sounds pretty simple. You just need to invite the Guest user as a Consumer role (which will give everyone no-login READ access to the space and its children) - and invite the other users with say Contributor or Coordinator (for admins) role and they will then be able to login and make changes if they need to.
