Office use with alfresco

Hi
I want to use Microsoft Office(Word, Excel,…) with Alfresco.
When I open the Word application, I have the alfresco on the right but yet I can't open it eventhough I have Alfresco appearing.

Did you fill in your credentials in the Office plugin? You need your user name. password and a CIFS or/and WebDAV URL in the component configuration.
