The "invalid LOC header (bad signature)" error you're seeing seems to be indicative of a corrupt zip or jar file, given that it's pointing to tools.jar from the JDK I suspect you may have a corrupt installation.

Can you try upgrading or re-installing your JDK and see if that cures the issue?

I 'solved' the problem by re-installing Alfresco with default values. My first installation was a no-default installation. I altered the installation path from c:\alfresco to c:\programme\alfresco.

After using default values (c:\alfresco) everything is working fine.

So I think that when do not performin a default installation, there are some config files which should be corrected. Am I right?

No, I don't think so, a defualt install should still make all the changes required.
