This is where your hierarchy layout for spaces becomes important. Recall the "Apply rule to sub spaces" option… use it at the top node for any rules you want to share down across all subordinate folders. Makes for any easy way to minimize duplicated rules, and simpler maintenance of the same.
Much cleaner to leverage the inheritance feature than explicitly copy rules to numerous spaces.
