Hi people!!!!!

I´m new here, using Alfresco.

I want to deploy the Alfresco Community (i have the file alfresco-community-war-2.1.0.zip) in the JBoss 4.0.2 application server and running in Oracle 10.0.2 database.

Can someone give me the steps to make it succesfully? First i will install all in my machine (Windows XP).

I don´t know if my alfresco-community is good or wrong.

Thanks in advance to all.

Sorry, maybe i have explained myself wrong before.

I already have downloaded the alfresco-community-war-2.1.0-zip.
I have installed in my computer the JBoss 4.2.0 AS.

I have created manually the schema in Oracle.
I run the alfresco with Oracle 10g database, and Alfresco connect to Oracle because has created 64 tables in the schema. I don´t know if the database is created succesfully…..can someone tell me how many tables, indexes…..must create?????

Another question. I would like to connect the Alfresco to LDAP server….i have read something about changes in 2 files :

chaining-authentication-context.xml.sample and
ldap-authentication-context.xml.sample

But when i unzip my alfresco-community-war-2.1.0-zip i can not see that files in the alfresco.war.

Maybe i have forget some steps, or i should to copy the files in other place…..

Place, if someone can help me…..

Thanks in advance.

AKUDINOV : Thanks for your advice…..i will execute that after deploy my alfresco succesful…..this is my real problem hehehehehehe. Take care

Hi,

If you grabbed the War, also grab the sample extensions bundle from sourceforge:
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/alfresco/alfresco-community-sample-extensions-2.1.0.zip

The files you refer to will be in there.

Refer to the wiki for information on how to configure Alfresco.
