Office Word 2003 Plugins failed to work

Does anyone experience the same problem?
The Alfresco Office Word 2003 plugins connect login, it keeps refresh the login page several times a second. Although I set the username and password in the setting, I saw the password field is empty. However, I can't enter the paasword as it re-try to login too frequent.

My settting is as below:

Web Client URL:
http://localhost:8080/alfresco/

Webdav URL:
http://localhost:8080/alfresco/webdav/

CIFS Server:
\\r390gt1_a\Alfresco\

Username:
admin

Password:
admin

Try to right-click at any place of flickering addon-window. Then fill in fields - you should be able to work with plugin.

I tried that way - it worked. Now it doesn't work 'cause plugin doesn't show anything, just flickers.

This issue was fixed post-v2.1 Community. You can either grab the latest client from our public SVN, or register for the Enterprise trial and use that one.

Just want to share the information with others who may not know about the SVN.

The public SVN of the Office Word 2003 plugins is located:
svn://www.alfresco.org/alfresco/HEAD/root/projects/extensions/AlfrescoOffice2003/AlfrescoWord2003Setup

you must use the SVN client to check out the plugins.

if you don't have a SVN client, the TortoiseSVN is one of the best client:
http://tortoisesvn.net/downloads

  I knew the 2.9 is a Labs version; however, I have not idea about the version 2.20….

  Does the 2.20 version contain the fixed for 2.1?

As far as the Office clients are concerned, 2.2.0dev and 2.9.0dev are identical at the moment and should both contain the post-2.1 fixes.

I have pre 2.1 working via cifs/webdav on Vista and windows xp.
