How to change Alfresco user

So when I installed Alfresco I used the only local account on the machine, Administrator.

I was expecting that the installer would create whatever user account it needed and install Alfresco as that user.

But I look at the files under C:\Alfresco and they are all owned by Administrator.

They should be owned by a dedicated Alfresco account.

So now, how can I change this setup over to being owned by another user specially dedicated as Alfresco account?

It's just database for which Alfresco requires user named "alfresco" for normal installation files it does not require that user If you check your db you  will find that user created by alfresco and have full privileges on alfresco db.

Ok, I try to gain access to the database without success:

c:\Alfresco>.\postgresql\bin\psql.exe -l
Password:
psql: FATAL:  password authentication failed for user "Administrator"

Even though the password is correct.

I want to change the database password.  Does the version of postgresql included with Alfresco suffer from this bug:
