FTP access for other users in alfresco

Hi ,
I am able to login through ftp using admin in alfresco.

but when i am giving other users name and password through ftp client,
which i have created in alfreco. it is showing me only two folders Alfresco and AVM.
but the folder created inside that user space it is not showing through ftp.

What you will see over FTP depends upon the mount point and the user's permissions.

It sounds like your other user does not have any permission.

how and where to set the mount point and provide user permission .
i am using alfresco Community - v3.4.0 (d 3370) on windows xp.
