Designer not generating bpmn20.xml file

Hi,

I updated activiti designer and now it doesn't generate task or events in the *.bpmn20.xml file, what may be the reason??

Hi,

Can you provide some more information about your configuration and the problem?
What did you update? Which version of Eclipse are you using? Which version of the Activiti Designer?
Doesn't it generate a bpmn20.xml at all?

Hi,

Activiti Desiner version : 0.8.0 I updated it from this location http://activiti.org/designer/update/
Eclipse version : 3.6

When I try to draw a process in any web project(seam project), It doesn't create the bpmn file at all only activiti file exists. But if I create an activiti project and try in it, It creates the bpmn file but doesn't generate any tasks even start and end tasks, only xml start tags.

I have the same issue here. I am using
   Eclipse Version: Indigo Service Release 2 Build id: 20120216-1857
   Activiti Eclipse BPMN 2.0 Designer ver: 5.9.0
   Graphiti (Incubation) 0.9.0.v20120321-0814

After created Activiti Project, clicked "New > Other… > Activiti > Activiti Diagram > insert filename.
Only .bpmn file was there. Based on tutorial on youtube, the .bpmn20.xml will be generate automatically.

I'm also following the youtube tutorials, and I ran into the same issue of not generating the xml files, but I do have the bpmn file when after creating a new Activiti diagram.

How did you handle this problem?

I'm struggling with this setup process
