CommunityLIVE 2026 US
Are you using Alfresco technologies to solve real business challenges, accelerate automation, or unlock new insights from content? Then you have a powerful story to tell and we want to hear it.
Why this matters
As part of the global content-services and process-automation community, Alfresco users have built rich, scalable, open-source-friendly solutions. At Hyland Software flagship event CommunityLIVE 2026 (May 30–June 2, 2026, Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, Kissimmee, Florida) you’ll have the opportunity to bring your project from code and whiteboard into the spotlight.
Who we’re looking for
Customers who:
- are leveraging Alfresco (on-premises or cloud) for content management, process automation, governance, integrations, or as part of a broader hybrid-platform strategy
- have a compelling, results-driven story: for example, migrating from legacy ECM, building intelligent automation workflows, implementing agent-based or AI-driven content solutions, or achieving measurable business outcomes
- want to share not only what they did but how they did it: including challenges, lessons learned, and key take-aways for peers
- are open to being part of a session: leading a talk, joining a panel discussion, or otherwise contributing as a speaker.
What to submit
When you complete the submission form you'll need to provide:
- a proposed session title or topic (titles will be reviewed and may be modified by Hyland)
- a session description or abstract, explaining what attendees will learn, why the topic matters, and the technical/organizational story behind it
- the Hyland technologies and products your submission highlights. For Alfresco-community authors especially relevant are: Alfresco itself, plus Hyland IDP, Hyland Governance, Knowledge Enrichment, Content Innovation Cloud, integrations, low-code/automation tools, etc.
- the goals of your session / key take-aways for attendees
- whether you are interested in speaking on the main-stage general session
- past speaking experience (yes/no)
These details help the programming team place your session where it will deliver greatest value to the audience.
Why this is a great opportunity for Alfresco users
- Visibility: Elevate your work to the global Hyland/Alfresco-ecosystem audience of developers, architects, administrators and execs.
- Share best practices: Your story can help others avoid pitfalls and accelerate success in their own Alfresco-based projects.
- Connect & network: Join peers who are solving similar challenges: on-prem to cloud migrations, open-source tooling, content + AI + automation combos.
- Recognition: Successful submissions may be selected for the general session or even the Innovation Awards program, bringing further acknowledgement of your work.
Timeline & commitment
By submitting you commit to the following schedule:
- Week of Feb 2: Final session title and abstract due
- Early March: Speaker training (one-hour session with Hyland speaker coach; recorded)
- Week of Mar 23: First draft of presentation due
- Optional: 1:1 presentation review session with speaker coach/designer (limited availability)
- Week of Apr 20: Final draft of presentation due
- Week of May 11: Required rehearsal of full session with live audience
This structured timeline ensures you'll be fully supported and ready to deliver a polished, high-impact session.
