Designer Compatibility

Hello,
I am using a 5.10 designer and a 5.10 engine.
How about the compatibility of these two applications?

1) Can I use the 5.11, 5.12, 5.13 … designer for the engine 5.10
and
2) Can I use the 5.10 designer for the engine 5.11, 5.12, 5.13 …

Yes, although there might be new features in the newer designer which are not supported on the 5.10. It's easier to keep the versions matching/

Yes. But sometimes we deprecate stuff which might then not work on a newer version. But generally we keep things backwards compatible.
