delete files from FTP

Hi,

When we delete the files from FTP,we are thrown with the following Error "FTP Folder Error" in a dialog box but the files were deleted.
Is its thign that we couldnt remove fiels from FTP.

An Error occurred deleting the file or folder on the ftp server.Make sure you have permission to access the folder.

The operation timed out.

Has anything been dumped in the Alfresco logs?  Which FTP client are you using?

no error is present in the log files.
but we are getting an error.but the space / document is being deleted
