I want to create a custom workflow, it is starting with a documen. i want to fill a custom form(check list) every state of workflow from assing user. is this possible in alfresco ?
you can do this, for this add a aspect with required propertis (boolean) to all tasks including start task. then set execution variable true on each task and show it in form.
