Creating new users

I've just installed AF3 and gotten it up and running. I've created an admin account which can access the share interface just fine. I then went into the standard web client and created a new user. The new user can access the regular web client, but cannot login to share. I get "Failed to login: The remote server may be unavailable or your authentication details have not been recognized".

Is there something I need to do with the new user account to add them to Share? Is there a Share config somewhere I need to tweak?

As an update - the new username has no special characters.

Solved my own problem - passwords can't have non alphanumeric characters…

There's an issue with certain formats of username and password when logging in to Share - what's the username you're trying with?
