Can't Create New Doc from Office2 HD and Alfresco

Using Office2 HD 5.2.402 on IPAD 2 with IOS 7.0 and connected to Alfresco Cloud.  When I traverse into the Alfresco share in Office2 and press the + button to create a new document and select Document, followed by entering its name, and hitting "ok", the app disappears and I am taken to the home screen  of the IPAD.  I am able to successfully create Excel and Powerpoint files using the same steps.  I just purchased Office2 to make this work because QuickOffice HD fails on "save back" and the new Google QuickOffice doesn't work with Alfresco (WEbDAV, etc.).  Thank you.

Sorry you're having problems with those third party apps, but I'm afraid there's not a great deal we can do to help you on these forums. The QuickOffice / Save Back issue on iOS 7 has been seen here too and we're trying to arrange a session with Google to discuss the issue.

Our friends at Citrix (publishers of Office2 HD) are addressing the iOS 7 issue and it should be fixed in their next update. The update should be available in the next few weeks.
