Association home folders Samba and Alfresco?

I have installed the samba. Creates a home directory for users.

Then this server I installed Alfresco. Alfresco has created its users' home folders.

Question: is it possible to unite these folders?

I'm not sure if I understood what you mean.

Alfresco will create its own folder structure, and it knows nothing about your Samba folder structure.
