[Alfresco Community 5.0.d] Share custom theme app-logo48 overlapping problem

I just created a new theme installed via AMP, with the describing xml file in tomcat/shared/classes/alfresco/web-extension/site-data/themes/theme.xml. It seems everything is ok except for the logo in the Share Header.
I can see my custom logo but behind I can also see the default logo… Why?

Did you cleared browser cache?
When you press Apply button from Admin Console, does it helping you?
When you browse new image / logo from the browse button + apply button changing the logo?

Browser cache cleared. Neither the Apply button nor the upload new logo + apply work. Unfortunately the upload + apply send me back a Javascript error and I can't upload a new image.

Copying my theme files directly in the exploded war did the trick but it's a shame I can't pack it as an AMP and install it by script.
