Does anyone know when Alfresco 3.1 Enterprise will be released?

Also, when is the next version of Labs (3.1?) due to be released?

Thanks,
Sam.

Waiting for permissions to get sorted on download folder for Labs Preview - it's all ready to go, you just can't get to it!

That's probably the right build, but it's not the "official" one with release notes, etc.

OK, killin me here.  Just downloaded the 3.2 preview worked great with the derby database , configured for Oracle like I have done successfully in the past and it threw a mess of errors and exceptions.

When is the 3.2 stable going to be ready?

junderwood, I think you're in for a shock.

Read this: http://newton.typepad.com/content/2009/03/building-a-stronger-open-source-product.html

I've been running Alfresco on MS SQL Server and expect that it won't work with Labs 3.2.  I haven't tried yet, but I'm not hopeful.  (Please someone correct me if I'm wrong)

Perhaps we'll need to come together as a community to provide this functionality.  Shouldn't be too difficult.

Thanks for that info, saved me a lot of headache time!  Guess I should watch the blogs.

Wow, well bummer.  Not sure I can get away with running a open source lite db.

Thanks again for the info.

Your welcome, I guess.

I'm in the same boat.  Will have to evaluate how MySQL will work within our environment.  Things like in-house expertise, back-up routines and software.  Pain in the butt.

I'd like to say you get what you pay for, but Alfresco is an amazing product / project which I can use for free!  So, you get a whole lot for free, but not everything.  Smiley Happy  I try and contribute back as I'm able to.

I notice that according to this page: http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Download_Labs

AlfrescoLabs 3.1 is out. However, the link actually takes you to a download page for 3.0. Has something not been updated correctly? I've tried some obvious URL modifications, but no luck in finding the actual download.

Thanks,
Sam.

There is no Alfresco Labs 3.1 release.

Somebody just adjusted naming of what was formerly called 3.0d. And 3.0Stable. And 3.0Final.  Smiley Very Happy
