Is there any impact on the system or problem or license issue can happen if we uninstalled OnBase components and installed it to another server (for example: Full-text server, etc..) ? The business need is to minimize the cost by reducing the number of virtual machines, so they need to install OnBase components on fewer servers that will lead to merging the components on the same VM. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Hi Ramy.

No, there should not be an problems.  If licenses are not released you can remove them manually which will allow them to be consumed.

As a note, specific to Full Text Server, this OnBase module is resource intensive and typically it is not recommended to run on a server like the database server or the application server.  In that scenario all of the services will be competing for resources which can cause performance issues.

Take care.
